Company of Profits doesn't sell programs off a menu. Every engagement begins with the Blueprint, so the recommendation that follows is based on what your company actually needs — not on which service happens to be available.

Business analysis
A structured look at how your company currently makes decisions, makes money, and depends on you — profitability, operations, leadership structure, and the specific points of founder dependence.
Prophetic discernment
Holy Spirit–led discernment sessions held alongside the business work — addressing hidden problems, confirmation, timing, direction, and risks the analysis alone won't surface.
Documented findings
A written picture of where your company stands and what founder dependence is costing it — not a verbal summary at the end of a call.
A clear recommendation
One specific next program, chosen because the diagnosis points to it — whether that's Profit Maximization, Operational Optimization, Freedom Architecture, or a different starting point entirely.

What the Blueprint is — and isn't.

How it works

A high-level view of the process. We don't publish the detailed session-by-session structure here — that's part of the engagement itself.

Fit review

We review every application for strategic, spiritual, and relational fit before accepting an engagement. Not every applicant moves forward.

Diagnostic engagement

Business analysis and prophetic discernment sessions, run together rather than as separate tracks.

Documented findings

You receive a written picture of your company's current state and the specific ways founder dependence is limiting it.

Recommendation

We recommend one specific next program based on the diagnosis — not a list of options to choose from yourself.

Stated plainly

Not every applicant is accepted. The Blueprint is also the first strategic, spiritual, and relational fit test between your company and ours.

Payment doesn't guarantee what comes after. Completing the Blueprint does not guarantee admission to a subsequent program. We retain admission discretion and aim to be led by the Holy Spirit in that decision.

It isn't repeated. The Blueprint is the entry point once. If a reassessment is ever needed before a later program, it will be a reassessment — not a second Blueprint.
